Own a stock: from a name to the edition
A stock has one owner. The owner builds it locally, pushes it here, signs it with a legal notice, and releases it; the edition shows it the next morning. Nothing is ranked: two stocks on one question stand side by side.
1. Register the name
Under your account, register stocks/<name>. The first push of that branch registers it as well. A name held by another account is refused, in your account and at the remote.
2. Push
memstead push stocks/<name> --remote hub after trustillery login. The remote accepts the push only from your account's token.
3. The legal notice
Before the first release you enter the stock's legal notice: name, address, e-mail and the responsible person (§ 18 MStV). The hub checks that every field is present, never whether it is true; a release with an empty field is refused and names the field. The notice is shown with the stock in every edition.
4. Release
A release is a handover row with its own time. It becomes visible at the next edition and not before; between the two the stock's addresses on the edition answer 404. A withdrawal is another row, never a deletion.
5. The edition
Once a day at the published hour the edition job pulls every released stock from the hub's repositories, exports it with the engine and cuts a dated edition on the apex with a 'what changed' page derived from the handover rows and the ledger, never written by hand. Off-cycle editions exist only on a recorded legal or safety ground and are marked as such.
